Access to and use of the “www.sajobsonline” website as a Job Seeker (“the applicant”) and as an Employer ("the user") is subject to the following terms and conditions.
The applicant understands and accepts the following:
- That “www.sajobsonline” is not a job placement or a recruitment agency – and as such it simply provides an online platform for the applicant (job seekers) and the users (employers) to connect and contact each other.
- That “www.sajobsonline” cannot make any commitments or guarantee that the applicant will be successful in finding a job. Success will depend on how the applicant matches up to the criteria as requested by the employers.
- That the applicant must maintain and update their own profile.
- The applicant can agree to accept relevant e-letters from “www.sajobsonline” although they have the right to notify “www.sajobsonline” if they wish to unsubscribe to the e-letter at a later date.
The user [Employer] understands and accepts the following:
- That “www.sajobsonline” is not a job placement or a recruitment agency – and as such it simply provides an online platform for user to connect with and make contact with potential applicants.
- That “www.sajobsonline” cannot make any commitments or guarantees of success in finding the right job applicant. Success will depend on how well the job applicants match up to the criteria as requested by the user.
- The annual registration fees and that they are non-refundable.
- The registered user must maintain and update their profile.
- That the user’s registration as an employer is for a single business access only and hereby confirm that they will access the database only for the specific purpose and benefit of their registered business and that they will not misuse this privilege by allowing others to access the “www.sajobsonline” job seekers/applicant database by providing them access via their username and password.
- That they accept that if any such misuse does occur, that their registration can and will be terminated.
- The user can agree to accept relevant e-letters from “www.sajobsonline” although they have the right to notify “www.sajobsonline” if they wish to unsubscribe at a later date.
NB: If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site. We reserve the right at our discretion to update or revise the terms of use. Your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the terms of use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
